"Il Cavalier Non Porta Pene!!!" is the parody tale of Italy's "Bunga Bunga" Prime Minister, Silvio Berlusconi. If only we had more politicians like him! He was fond of hookers and orgies, referring to his high-powered sex parties as, "Bunga bunga" parties! Since we can't find the footage from those events (yet), Director Andy Casanova gave us this wonderful imagining of sex and debauchery in the halls of power!
